Circles of Being

Circle of Being are a series of experiential workshops in which we focus on aspects of our being such as: relationships, communication, forgiveness and the more difficult emotional states such as anger or jealousy.

The workshops are for everybody who wants to experience deeper relationship with themselves, with the people they meet and with Spirit. They encourage you to be fully alive and present in your body, your feelings, your sexual nature, your heart, your being and your soul. You learn to embrace your feelings and find a deeper frienship with yourself that builds confidence and self-esteem. You practice connecting with your own deep source of wisdom as you develop the capacity to listen both to yourself and others. You learn to appreciate the richness of all the gifts that life brings you, letting go of conditions and judgements.

The workshops are aimed at bringing greater consciousness into your everyday life, enhancing your relationships, increasing compassion, caring and happiness.

All workshops are suitable for both singles and couples except occasional workshops such as The Mirror of the Heart, which is only for couples.

All Circles of Being workshops include movement and dance, shadow-work, meditation and inter-personal explorations. They aim to support you in integrating your body, feelings, mind and soul and to find a deeper acceptance of your own unique way of living your potential.

The workshops are:

  1. Being in Love (What does it mean to be in love with yourself and with life)
  2. Inviting Intimacy (Exploring the ways that we keep ourselves from intimate connections with others)
  3. The Mirror of the Heart (A workshop for couples who wish to deepen their connection)
  4. Total Woman (A celebration of woman in all her colours)
  5. The Gift of Being (A journey that enables you embrace the gift of your life and to live your life free of self-limiting patterns)
